Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow-up on leads in a timely manner
• Establish customer rapport with products and services.
• Perform load calculations
• Form accurate and complete sales proposals
• Help facilitate post-sale transitions with installation managers and installers.
• Educating prospective customers on the superior quality products/services
• Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads
• Maintain customer information updated in the CRM and Sales Program
• Participate in training on the latest industry technologies
• Attend weekly sales meeting and networking events to promote company

Requirements:

• Customer Service experience
• Good listener
• Highly focused, Goal driven
• Maintain positive attitude daily
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and expand knowledge of HVAC industry products and techniques
• High school equivalent or bachelors degree

• All applicants shall, unless otherwise described in the job requirements, possess a valid drivers license and shall demonstrate safe driving practice by submitting a recent DMV Safe Driving Record.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
